Parquet, which means ‘wooden floor’ or parqueterie in french, has been around since the 17th century. Parquet flooring, which uses hardwood pieces joined together to create a decorative pattern, is still the preferred choice for bedrooms and hallways for its timelessness and strength. Some of the more popular materials used in Singapore for parquet flooring is Teak, Mahogany, Oak, Maple, and Walnut.
Since timber flooring is known for its aesthetic, there are various patterns and ways in which timber flooring can be installed, namely basket weave, herringbone, overlaying, and brick. Even though overlaying and brick patterns are two of the most commonly used in Singapore, we provide choices to suit everybody’s taste.
Our parquet installation is focused on HDB flats. Residents residing in Condominium, Apartment and Landed Properties please send us a request.
We specialize in short parquet strips
